Beautiful antique bowl from the late Southern Song/ Yuan Dynasty, 12-14th century. The bottom of the bowl is applied with two scaly fish. The bowl is covered overall with a sea green tone glaze that is paler on raised areas. It measures 1.75" high by 5.25" wide.

Tranquil scene of a deer on a precarious cliff. From the master shiden school, shou yuan'nan Gu Hei- Old mortar calligraphy translation "one hundred blessings" with a cartouche. Five chinese blue and white tea cups made for the Japanese market. Grey/white glaze and underglaze cobalt blue of a deep indigo color depicts birds and flowers in a whimsical design. The cups were used in the Japanese tea ceremony. Fretting on the edges. 17th century. Cups measure 5" at lip.

Beautiful mother of pearl inlaid in hardwood. The arms are inlaid with a scroll design. The back of the chair is inlaid with an elegant battle scene with men on horseback and a fort. The reverse of the chair is inlaid with flowers. The seat has 4 petal pattern at each corner. The legs, arms, and frame of the chair are beautifully carved with bats, plums and a scrolling pattern. Measures 41" tall, seat measures 16" wide, 17.5" tall.
