Archaic Indian stone fragment carving of a woman's upper half, sitting on Custom Iron stand. Strands of beads cascade down her shapely front. Her outstretched arms are fragmented at the elbows. Reticulated designs are carved behind her. Custom made iron stand is included. Dates between 6th-8th century. Size: 13" H x 12" W x 7.5" D (17" H on stand)

Japanese Early 19th Century Stone Temple Lantern
Stunning large Antique Japanese ishidoro - stone temple garden lantern, carved all of granite in 6 sections. The lotus base is carved so that it is still connected to the natural rock. The lantern section is different than most ishidoro in that it's roof is rounded and does not have curling corners but instead is more mushroom like in form. The light box is hexagonal and is carved in relief. Edo/Meiji Period. Size: 66" high x 24" wide x 30" wide (at widest point of base).

Antique Japanese pair of bronze three section lanterns. Tall finials in flame shapes adorn temple style lids and small bronze bells hanging from the edges. Would have originally been used with well light candles, the pair is perfectly matched. The caged midsection has reticulated spiral design walls, which stands on large bell shaped feet.
