Antique Chinese Imperial Court robe with 8 dragons. Wonderfully embroidered with forbidden stitch used extensively throughout on 8-5 clawed gold dragons, phoenixes, butterflies, bats, flowers, shi-shi lions playing with ribboned ball, and fans. Measures 53" X 37". Overall fair condition with some staining and wear throughout. Red silk ground with blue silk trim. Circa: 19th Century
