Woodblock print by Japanese sōsaku hanga (creative print) artist Rikio Takahashi (1917-1999) titled 'Old Drift'. Takahashi had a very unique style of abstract art. He often avoided primary colors and gravitated towards warm browns, cool blues and greens, typical of the gardens of Kyoto. He used irregular, abstract shapes and overlapping of colors to create beautiful and interesting effects. The print is set in a light wooden frame behind glass.
