Chinese antique carved jade bi. Made of pale green jade with one side having white striations. Intricately carved by hand with Archaic scrolling motif of interlocking dragons and Taotie motifs. The disk has a pleasing convex curve. Bi disks were used in rituals, burials, and as symbols of status and power.
