Japanese antique scroll painting of a tiger. The tiger approaches the viewer while looking back over his shoulder, his expression is stylized with large eyes and toothy smile. He has a long tail and large paws. Details of spots and fur add a softness to the image. There is a red seal mark on the right hand side. Painted in sumi-e ink on paper.
