Japanese Antique Cloisonne Vase with Butterflies
Antique Japanese cloisonne vase with butterflies and peony flowers. The flowers are light pink and white and they appear to be bending in a light breeze. Butterflies of various colors on a peach color ground. The narrow neck of the vase is decorated with a pattern of scrolling vines on a deep red ground.

Age: Taisho Period (early 20th century)

A rare large early Edo period Japanese Temple Ranma. Carved from a single cut of depicting three legendary spirits in Japanese folklore.
