Chinese carved coral scene of two beautiful young shepherdesses with their sheep, one stands with her back against a tall pine tree and blows her whistle, the other feeds the little sheep from a cylindrical container, another sheep and a little lamb frolic nearby, beautifully carved with great detail, mid 20th century.

Set of two (2) gilded metal court fans with dragon head handles biting the bottom of the fan and an open-mouthed dragon head at its tops. The fans mirror each other with their elaborate pierced designs of two fenghuang (phoenix) birds flying with a sun between them and lucky bats flying above their heads.
