Antique Japanese dowry tansu (婚礼箪笥 - konrei tansu chest). Adorned with gold a set of fouor striking Kuginuki Mon (釘抜紋), also known as the Nail-Puller Crest, a symbol of strength, resilience, and unity. The mon features a square within a circle, repeated in four places on the front, traditionally representing a noble or samurai family. Antique Japanese set of three rectangular Imari dishes. Blue and white glaze with scrolling karakusa (octopus arabesque pattern) surrounding a design of peonies in the center. The exterior walls of each plate is further decorated with more simplified karakusa motifs. The undersides have a four character Fuki Chosun (good luck) 冨貴長春 mark.

An antique Japanese screen in 4 panels. Hand painted image of an old pine tree, bamboo and plum blossom tree (known as Sho Chiku Bai-the 3 felicitous friends of winter) with Chrysanthemums, rock boulders and snow blanketing the scene. Artist seal on the left panel. Serene winter scene full of visual movement and energy. Painted on Gofun paper in Sumi and Rinpa paint with gold flex.
