A large serigraph print entitled “Rainbow Serpent” by the artist Mayumi Oda (b. 1941). A developing baby floats in a field of blue sky and sea while tethered by umbilical cord to the planet Earth. Out of the Earth springs a tree of life. Creatures of ocean and land are encompassed by two linked serpents. Printed in deep blue and gold ink. This print is signed in pencil and numbered 35/100.

Original hand forged iron hardware with Kaute style handles. 6 drawers of varying sizes with a pair of sliding doors and a security door that hides 2 additional drawers and a secret box where valuables were kept.

This Tansu would make a perfect side chest or nightstand.
