An antique Japanese Kotansu (personal storage chest) made of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All original hand forged iron hardware and natural aged patina. Warabite style handles. One main drawer with two recessed drawers and a security door that hides two small drawers where valuables were stored. Constructed using straight dovetail Japanese joinery and hardened wood nails.

Antique Japanese bronze vase inlaid with silver in a design of wild flowers, flowering vines and peonies being visited by butterflies and dragonflies. Baluster form with arching handles joined to the neck of the vase with animal heads.

Japanese antique small lacquer box. The outside is divided into the form of two rectangles, one all gold with a scene of a vase and flowers, the other in carved red lacquer with a cloud motif. The interior is black lacquer with small nashiji circles.
