Antique Japanese cloisonne vase with butterflies and peony flowers. The flowers are light pink and white and they appear to be bending in a light breeze. Butterflies of various colors on a peach color ground. The narrow neck of the vase is decorated with a pattern of scrolling vines on a deep red ground.

An antique Japanese Tansu chest in 2 sections (Kasane) made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All original hand forged iron hardware with Gumbai handles and the Paulownia leaf family crest on the four main lock plates. Four main drawers with 2 small drawers hidden behind the security door. Secret hiding place behind the upper small drawer.

A pair of antique Chinese carved wood bed panels finished in lacquer and gilt. Carved with auspicious symbols of prosperity and good fortune. Main theme depicts birds and flowers.

Antique Japanese woodblock print by Utagawa Hiroshige titled: Oki, Takuhi no Yashiro from the series: Famous Places in the Sixty-odd Provinces of Japan. The large bow of a boat on rolling waves. Small figures on the deck. A wonderful example of Hiroshige's influential compositional style.

"Out Side of Window I", a framed painting by the Chinese artist Ru Yi. Painted in ink on paper. Ru Yi has exhibited several times at the Silicon Valley Asian Art Center and has sold work extensively through well-known auction houses in New York, Hong Kong and Beijing.

A pair of Moorish style decagonal tables inlaid with shell, bone and wood. Top surface features an arabesque design revolving around a center moon and a cross representing the sun. Each larger concentric surrounding circle is followed by a four sided diamond, a six sided pendant, an eight sided octogon, and a 10 sided decagon. Each of the 10 sides has repeating panels of dark on white and white on dark with Jaali windows. The legs were designed to create a pointed horseshoe arch.

Antique Japanese woodblock print in triptych by the artist Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1798-1861) titled Igagoe Enemy Raid or Igagoe Vendetta. The scene depicts a historical skirmish that took place in 1634 which involved many specific and notable persons ranging from members of the lower ranking samurai class to daimyo to The Tokugawa Central Government.

Japanese antique bronze vase with two monkeys. The body of the vase is gourd shaped and the monkeys chase each other around it's middle. Each monkey grabs the other one's foot, creating a continuous chain. Playful expressions and great details.
